plain language, no tricks. last updated aug 28, 2026.

what dogpile is

dogpile is a game. An automated agent selects a Solana token each round and a bounty pot is offered to wallets that buy and hold it under the posted rules. It is entertainment, not an investment product, brokerage, exchange, or financial advisory service.

who can play

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live), and playing must be legal in your jurisdiction. If chance-based promotions or games like this are restricted where you are, do not play. You are responsible for knowing your local law and for any taxes on winnings.

your wallet, your trades

dogpile never holds your funds. Buys are swaps you sign from your own wallet on public venues (for example through Jupiter); we never take custody, and we cannot reverse, refund, or recover your transactions. The only transfers we make are bounty payouts from the treasury wallet.

the tokens

Round tokens are third-party memecoins selected by automated filters. Selection is not an endorsement, listing, or recommendation. These tokens are illiquid, volatile, and frequently worthless. Assume anything you buy can go to zero, and only play with money you can afford to lose entirely.

bounties

Entry, qualification, winner selection, and payout follow the rules posted on the homepage at the time a round starts. Rounds with no qualified wallets are voided and the pot stays in the treasury. Bounty pots come from a treasury we fund and refill at our discretion; if the treasury is empty, rounds pause. Payouts are made in SOL to the qualifying wallet address as recorded onchain; we are not responsible for wallets you do not control.

fairness

The round token is selected at the moment a round starts. Winners are drawn deterministically from a finalized Solana blockhash, and each settled round publishes the data needed to recompute its draw. If a technical fault corrupts a round (for example an indexing failure), we may void it; voided pots stay in the treasury.

no promises

The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, indexing completeness, payout timing, token liquidity, or price behavior. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for anything arising from the game is limited to the bounty amount, if any, you were owed under the posted rules.

changes

Rules and these terms can change between rounds, never during one. The version posted when a round starts governs that round. Playing after a change means you accept it.
